WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED ON OUR SITE?

When you are simply visiting our site, MENJE does not collect any personal data about you, except when using cookies.

We collect the information you provide to us, especially when you fill out the registration form. The personal data we may collect and process include, among others:

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data collected on Upbooking via the registration form is transmitted based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The data collected on Upbooking is exclusively intended for MENJE. They may be transmitted to companies – subcontractors – that MENJE uses to perform service tasks (e.g., site hosting). MENJE requires its service providers to implement strict confidentiality and data protection measures. Once the processing is completed, the information is protected by contracts that obligate these third parties to process the information only in accordance with MENJE’s instructions and the provisions of this privacy commitment, applying all appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

INFORMATION SECURITY

MENJE takes all necessary security measures to protect against unauthorized access to stored data or any unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of such data. MENJE limits access to your information to employees who need it to operate, develop, or improve Upbooking services.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED?

Your data will be recorded and stored on the server of Luxhosting Networks Sàrl for the duration of the school year. After one year of registration on Upbooking, you will receive an automatic email asking if you wish to keep your account. If not, the account will be deleted one month later.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You have the right to request a file containing all personal data we hold about you. You can also request the correction of incorrect personal data and the deletion of some or all of your personal data when its storage is no longer necessary. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data unless Upbooking’s processing is justified by a legitimate interest.
